Since 2018, SERA has followed the National Emerging Museum Professionals Network (NEMPN) call to include salaries and other descriptive details in job postings to increase transparency and inclusion in hiring practices. Since then, a database of all collections focused job postings has been maintained as part of an effort to track salary data for collections positions.
